Our 2-Year Warranty ensures that your any order from EWOOXY is fully protected for two years. 



1. Within 30 days
We accept returns and exchanges for all items purchased online even with non-quality issues, within a 30-day period from the date of delivery. Make sure all the items are intact and undamaged, with their original tags and packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all returns, and this amount will be deducted from the total refund.

2. 30 Days~2 Years
With quality issues, replace directly, no need to return the product. To use your warranty, email us at with a description of the issue, attached with pictures and video as the proof of quality issue. Upon evaluation, we’ll send a replacement or issue reimbursement based on your country of residence. Though we extensively test our products, our warranty may be applied against tarnishing, allergic reactions, water damage and breakage. Again, we will get you covered with every order you placed at EWOOXY.

Late or Missing Refunds

International Returns

1. Compensation for lost packages, but relevant proof is required. For overseas customers who show that they have signed for the package but haven't received it, they are required to provide proof from the post office themselves.
